Screening services should be standard and consistent across an organization, its departments, or by specific positions or levels of responsibility. We offer several packages to companies that are designed around increasing levels of responsibility. Volume discounts and customizable packages are available for clients with significant screening needs.

 

Level I – Basic Background Screen:

This service is usually used to vet service providers and contractors that have little to no access to principals and company assets. The procedure would involve on-line criminal court searches against the name and date of birth of those identified by residing within the Unites States.

 

Level II – Mid Level Background Screen:

This service is usually used to vet service providers and contractors that have limited access to principals and company assets. The procedure would involve an on-line criminal, civil, and non-civil traffic searches in every jurisdiction (federal, state, local) of the listed or developed residences and places of employment for the last 7 years within the United States. The investigator will use redundant search providers covering all jurisdictions where the individual has lived and worked for the past 7 years.

 

Level III – Upper Management Background Screen:

This service is usually used to vet prospective employees or those suppliers and contractors that will have moderate access to principals and company assets. The procedure would involve an on-line criminal, civil, and non-civil traffic searches in every jurisdiction (federal, state, local) of the listed or developed residences and places of employment for the last 7 years within the United States. The investigator shall also verify either directly and/or collaterally the most recent or relevant attendance at an educational institution with verification of degree as applicable.

 

Patriot shall conduct telephonic interviews with at least two listed references and one developed informant who can speak authoritatively as to candidate’s character, reputation, and trustworthiness. The investigator shall also complete a current credit report of the individual’s credit profile and verification of professional licensing as applicable.

 

Level IV – Additional and Custom Services:

This service is usually used to vet prospective employees or those suppliers and contractors that will have significant access to principals and company assets. The procedure would involve an on-line criminal, civil, and non-civil traffic searches in every jurisdiction within the United States. If the subject lived or worked abroad, the investigator will perform a query in the country where the subject lives. If the subject lived or traveled to more than one country in the last 7 years, those countries can be added for an additional charge.

The investigator shall also verify either directly and/or collaterally the most recent or relevant attendance at an educational institution with verification of degree as applicable; all employment for the last 7 years; and, all listed or developed residences for the last 3 years.

Patriot shall conduct telephonic interviews with at least two listed references and one developed informant who can speak authoritatively as to candidate’s character, reputation, and trustworthiness. The investigator shall expand interview efforts, as tasked to include specific inquiries regarding the individual’s professional abilities. The investigator shall also complete a current credit report of the individual’s credit profile and verification of professional licensing as applicable.

Patriot will assign a qualified Subject Matter Expert to conduct an in-person interview of the applicant to assess the individual’s truthfulness and the accuracy and application submitted. The interview shall cover the candidate’s motivation, general background, employment and residence histories, education, criminal activity, civil court actions, substance abuse, illegal drug use, financial stability, history of violence, employment theft, computer abuse, media acquaintances, conflicts of interest, and any support or affiliation with any group or organization that would question the candidate’s judgment, honesty, and trustworthiness.
